Class Description: This class is for adults all sizes and levels! Get ready to boost your cardio! Are you ready to be apart of Hip Hop Step St.Louis with Instructor Carmellena! The music is fresh Hip Hop/R&B, instructed at a beginner, medium and fast pace. We also included Xtreme Hip Hop & Xtreme Burn as a feature to our class. Class details stretching, warm up, step breakdown and cardio step. Please bring your own board. Please bring water.

 

 Class Fee

 $15.00 per class​ or $47.50 for four classes
